Hi there! I'm Sarah.
I'm a writer, speaker, teacher, and entrepreneur on a mission to help people build the life they crave. Fitness and mindfulness are my building tools 🛠🛠🛠. When I was in college, I started Fit University® to help students just like me get fit and stay fit. When I graduated, I co-founded The Y Society to help young women just like me learn, grow + connect professionally, and to always ask the question, what's your why? 👯♀️
I've realized that no matter my situation, I like to share how I'm getting through it in an effort to help others do the same. I don't pitch myself as an expert or specialist by any means - I'm just really good at pulling out lessons from my everyday life 😛I imagine that at some point, I'll be talking about staying healthy as a mom, raising a mindful family, and even later in life, leading workouts for my fellow senior citizens buttttt, we've got a long road ahead of us until then 😅. For now, I'm in my mid-twenties living life how I want to and helping my peers do the same.
I believe in the power of community, positive energy + honest communication. I travel a lot ✈️, dance a ton 💃, and talk to way more strangers than you're told to as a kid 🙊. Seriously - if I'm standing next to you there's an 80% chance I'll strike up a conversation. I'm a hugger and a smiler and a talker.
