What to expect:
Hey! Sarah here. I’m excited that you’re interested in working together…seriously. There’s nothing I love more than helping others crack open the potential that is their life. We’ll meet for ~1 hour on a weekly basis and dive deep into one, some, or all of the topics above, depending totally on your needs. I don’t believe in anything cookie cutter so each session will be tailored to you specifically and may likely be a bit different week to week…it all depends on you and what you need that day.
Generally speaking though, you can expect a combination of discussion, reflection, guided meditation, affirmation practice, intention + goal setting.
In between sessions, you’ll be given simple assignments to strengthen these practices and ultimately, yourself, along the way.
It’s important to note that every week, we’ll be working together for greater success. I provide the guidance and am your best accountability partner + support system but it’s up to you to commit and put in the work and practice to change.
